The W2C team is expanding!

We are very proud to announce the arrival of Yves Lacelle as Director of Operations and Customer Service.

Yves has over 35 years of experience in the customs field.

Until recently, he was Director of Operations at Axxess International in Quebec City.

Prior to that, he was Senior Corporate Account Manager at Affiliated for 15 years. His role involved, among other things, the implementation of a security program (C-TPAT, PEP & NEEC) for clients in Canada, the United States and Mexico. His meetings with companies from all over the world have allowed him to acquire an extensive knowledge of international trade. He has given several seminars and customs training courses to companies and has found solutions for clients having problems with customs authorities.

Yves also held the position of Director of Operations at Kebec Courtiers en douane for several years. He was then responsible for supervising a dozen employees.

His vast experience combined with his dedication will help us provide better service to our customers and achieve the goals we have set for ourselves.
