christmas time customs management

The night before Christmas

The night before Christmas and up in the north
the elves were preparing for Santa’s take off
The presents were wrapped, the reindeers were fed,
and last-minute touches were made to the Sled.
Once up in the sky, the sleigh bells will ring
For the people all waiting for what Santa will bring
So off in his Sleigh with a bag full of toys
Santa is en-route to the good girls and boys.
But then at the border, to Santa’s dismay,
Customs officers told him that there’d be a delay.
With NAFTA, and CETA, Donald Trump, “oh my!”
They just didn’t know which Tariffs apply.
St-Nick just laughed, “there’s no need to worry!”
“I’ll call W2C, they’ll sort it out in a hurry.”
They’re knowledgeable and quick and curious too
I haven’t a doubt they’ll know just what to do.
He picked up his iPhone and dialled real quick
“No problem”, they said “we’ll have it done in a lick”.
They went straight to their work to clear Santa’s Sleigh
So Santa and its reindeers could be on their way.
Just minutes it took when there’s no time to lose
W2C, you can bet, is the best broker to choose,
The Paperwork all done, Santa sprang to his Sleigh
On Rudolph, on Prancer we all heard him say
Then we heard him exclaim as he flew out of sight
Thanks W2C for getting it right!

Ho! Ho! Ho!

Merry Christmas to all
And to all a good night.
