Nadia’s impressive 35-year career has seen her develop an extensive knowledge of customs compliance. Adept at navigating the ins and outs of both Canadian and U.S. customs brokerage regulations, she has always been propelled by a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Supported by her team of dedicated people, Nadia will be there to effectively guide clients throughout the customs process.
Diane Dumais
Operations and Customer Service Agent
Diane has worked in administration for over three decades, specializing in customer call management and support. She spent 19 years as a customs agent at DHL, which helped hone her client service skills as well as knowledge of customs clearance. Highly organized with a focus on attention to detail and continuous quality improvement, Diane is an undeniable asset for W2C.
Maria Huaman de los Heros
Accounts Receivable Clerk
Maria has two certifications from the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFFA). For the past 13 years, she has held positions as an import coordinator, payable clerk, and collection and reconciliation agent. Her strong people, computer and analytical skills make her the perfect fit for W2C.
Rachid Lakhal
Senior Advisor
Rachid has over 30 years’ experience in cross-border regulations and holds a professional license issued by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Moreover, he is recognized by the Quebec government as an accredited trainer in Administration and Commerce, notably in customs procedures. His extensive customs expertise and strong work ethic make him a valuable addition to the company.
